There is a significant difference between performing a brief airborne maneuver at a controlled facility and offering sustained, practical transportation through the air.
A future owner would need answers to questions a dramatic video cannot settle: where could the capability be used, how would operators be trained, and what restrictions would apply?
For now, “flying” needs context. The event showed extraordinary movements by a demonstrationvehicle.
